How the Alabama Department of Conservation Transformed Their State Parks

Ensuring Safety and Enhancing Visitor Experience Across 21 State Parks

The reliable Wi-Fi connectivity has greatly enhanced the visitor experience by providing easy access to information and services. For example, once visitors sign into the Wi-Fi during their first park visit, they will be automatically logged in at other parks, ensuring a seamless and convenient experience. 

Powell shared, "The feedback from our visitors has been overwhelmingly positive. They appreciate the enhanced safety measures and the convenience of having reliable internet access throughout the parks. It has truly transformed their experience."  

The department has also benefited from the data generated by the surveillance systems, using it to make informed decisions and improve park management.
