Jeffrey Russell joined C1 in January 2023, having served in various leadership roles across technology and business consulting services for more than 35 years. He brings a proven history of supporting teams to create and implement innovative solutions for clients, building out differentiated industry-based capabilities and strengthening relationships with leading technology ecosystem partners. He was most recently President and CEO of Accenture Canada, where he delivered cross-industry market share growth. He holds BSC and MSC degrees in industrial engineering from the University of Manitoba.

He is responsible for the company’s financial and strategic functions, including accounting, audit, treasury, and planning, and oversees and manages technology, legal and procurement activities. Lombardi holds a BS in Finance from the University of Connecticut.

A graduate of the University of Minnesota, Mark has been an instructor there since 1996 and in 2014 assumed the role of Associate Program Director.

Amrit’s prior executive leadership roles at Oracle, RingCentral and 8x8 have established him as a well-known and respected thought leader. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electronics and electrical engineering from Loughborough University, UK.

Candace Holt serves as Senior Vice President of Strategic Operations at C1. Candace joined C1 in 2023 from Accenture in Canada, where she held roles leading Global Alliances for Accenture’s SAP CX business and, most recently, was the Business Operations lead for the Canadian Market Unit and Chief of Staff to the CEO of Accenture Canada. Prior to her Accenture experience, Candace held leadership roles in Sales, Marketing and Channel Management with CrossView, Inc. Candace holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Bauer College of Business and an MBA from Texas A&M University – Commerce and has been both PMP and Six Sigma Green Belt certified.
