Shyam Koneru is the Director of Collaboration Practice at Spanlink. In this role, Shyam oversees all the Unified Communications, Voice Solutions, Business Transformation and Speech Production teams. He has 14 years of experience as a networking professional, eight of which have been at Spanlink, and is a Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) in Voice. Previous to Spanlink, Shyam worked for Corliant, Inc. as a Network Engineer. In this role, he implemented and managed IP telephony deployment projects. Shyam has his bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and holds a Masters degree in Computer Engineering.
