A Great Place to Work

Creating a great place to work

At C1, we believe that fostering a culture of collaboration and belonging is essential for both personal fulfillment and business success. We are committed to creating a workplace that reflects the multifaceted world we live in. By valuing varied perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences, we cultivate an environment where each individual feels respected, empowered, and connected. Only when every team member can thrive as their authentic self will we achieve our highest potential as an organization.

This commitment is reflected in our ongoing efforts to nurture trust, celebrate uniqueness, and enable collaboration. Our aim is to provide a space where every employee can grow both individually and as part of a dynamic, united team.

We have received multiple awards recognizing C1 as a great place to work.
