Rui Goncalves has more than 20 years of experience building and leading diverse legal and business teams in the software development, manufacturing, and services industries in the U.S. and abroad.
As Chief Legal Officer, Rui oversees all legal functions, including all contracts, risk management, and real estate initiatives, while providing guidance and serving as a part of the executive leadership team.
He holds a BS from Seton Hall University, an MBA from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College, and a JD from the Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center at Touro University.
