Hemang Shah is Senior Vice President and Head of IT at C1. Hemang brings extensive technology and transformation leadership experience across business systems, data platforms, AI automation, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure. At C1, he leads enterprise technology strategy and operations, aligning technology investments with business outcomes through scalable operating models, cost optimization, and AI-enabled solutions.
Prior to C1, Hemang held technology and transformation leadership roles at Wiley and Sanofi, driving enterprise modernization, operational efficiency, M&A, and data transformation initiatives. He also brings consulting experience on enterprise platforms, process transformation, and technology strategy. Hemang holds a BE in Electrical Engineering from Walchand College of Engineering in India.
