The C1 Global Innovation and Capabilities Center (C1 GICC) in Hyderabad, India, which launched in November 2023, continues to expand C1’s global footprint to guide companies on their technology strategies and implementation processes for Cybersecurity, Networking, Communications, AI solutions, and more.

The Center includes a state-of-the-art training facility and R&D, which leverages the expertise and skills of the tremendous local engineering talent pool. C1 GICC also includes a Customer Experience Center, which enables visitors to see first-hand how our cutting-edge customer experience and collaboration solutions, including our GenAI-powered assistant C1 Elly™, elevate the human experience for their customers and employees.

Chandra Boddoju has nearly 30 years of IT services industry experience with leading organizations like Wipro, DXC and Atos. He has strong experience in managing large service delivery organizations, program/project management, pre-sales and solutioning, transition & transformation and P&L management. Chandra managed a number of integrations at CSC (DXC Technology) and held roles including MD & CEO for XChanging Solutions (CSC acquisition), global delivery executive for a $300M portfolio of infrastructure services for a leading insurance customer in DXC and VP at Atos in the global program management before joining C1 in February 2023. Chandra has a master's degree in computer science, and he is also alumnus of IIM-Calcutta.

Ramaswamy (Ram) Chandrasekaran has 28 years of IT industry experience in delivery leadership. He joined C1 in February 2023 and previously held senior leadership positions at Wipro and CSC (DXC Technology). Ram has a master's degree in computer applications from Hyderabad Central University and business analytics and intelligence from IIM Bangalore. Ram comes with experience in setting up and managing large delivery teams in India across application and IT delivery for several industries. In his previous delivery leadership roles, Ram established and streamlined the processes and delivery assurance for large and complex delivery setups.

Bipin has more than two and half decades of experience, leading organizations to accelerated change and growth, achieving sustainable growth in revenue, profit and customer success, with strategic planning and execution excellence. At C1 GICC, Bipin is responsible for building the Product Engineering team and GTM team, working closely with our R&D and Marketing teams in the US.

Sai Nadukula has 18+ years of experience in finance and accounting roles across different industries and diversified clients. Prior to joining C1 in March 2023, Sai worked with Genpact as the senior operations manager, leading larger teams in the order to cash, accounts payable, source to pay and reconciliations domains. Sai was instrumental in driving multiple high-impact projects, ERP migrations and new transitions successfully. He is Six Sigma Green Belt-certified and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Osmania University with a specialization in finance, as well as an MBA from Alagappa University.

Harikrishna (Hari) Thota comes with 25+ years of experience in various leadership roles in IT services across multiple industries and geographies. Hari joined C1 in June 2023 and is responsible for leading the overall sales operations team in the Global Innovation & Capabilities Center. Before joining C1, he served in leadership roles at Accenture, DXC and Stefanini, where he built and managed large delivery and presales teams, led M&A and delivered solutions to clients globally. He holds an executive MBA from IIM Calcutta and a mechanical engineering degree.

He is bringing his vast experience in setting up HR practices and benefits to C1, allowing it to be one of the best in India.

At C1 GICC, Arpita has joined as the Business Operations Lead driving the Initiatives for GICC.
