Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG)
C1’s commitment to
sustainability
- C1 has a longstanding commitment to sustainability and ethical business practices. In 2020, we established an Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) Council and began establishing goals across:
• Labor & Human Rights
• Ethics
• Environment (Environmental Policy)
• Procurement (Sustainable Procurement Policy)
We are committed to sustainability and employee well-being through a range of initiatives. For 2024, our environmental goals included reducing our carbon footprint by 10%. In 2025, we aim to improve EcoVadis scores, align carbon goals with real estate strategy, enhance employee safety, and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion. Our efforts also focus on increasing employee engagement, supplier diversity, and tracking vendor compliance with our code of conduct and ESG criteria. Learn more.
