The C1 cloud connector for Microsoft Dynamics allows customers to access and manage Dynamics CRM records via C1, including populating information within the C1 Agent Workspace as well as updating CRM records. Automatically display contacts, opportunities and other objects using a phone number, email address, or name. C1 also stores specific call information to Dynamics 365 records, and provides you with the capability to click on a phone number in a Dynamics 365 record to make an outbound call.
