Journey allows agents to perform facial and voice biometric authentication right from within the C1 Agent Workspace and securely log them into the application once authenticated, accelerating the login process. Agents can also be passively authenticated throughout the day at random or pre-planned time intervals with no passwords to ensure continuous authentication.
